Everybranch is a private, collaborative family legacy platform currently in pre-beta development. Our mission is singular: to ensure no family story is ever lost. We help families map relationships, preserve memories, and build a living record of who they are — branch by branch, generation by generation.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Everybranch waitlist at everybranch.co and any related communications. By joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Everybranch is operated by Everybranch Inc.

When you submit your email address, you are expressing interest in early access to Everybranch. Joining does not guarantee access, nor does it create a contractual obligation for us to provide access by any specific date.

Joining the waitlist is free. Future pricing will be communicated clearly before any payment is required. You will never be charged without your explicit, informed consent.

We reserve the right to modify the waitlist process, prioritise access, or close the waitlist at any time.

At this stage, we collect your email address and the family members you choose to preserve stories for — selected from a fixed list of relationships (for example, “Grandmother” or “Mentor”), not names of real people. No payment details or other personal data are collected during the waitlist phase.

You confirm the email address you submit is one you own or have authority to use. How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Notice.

By joining, you consent to receive from us:

• Confirmation that your email has been added to the waitlist
• Updates about Everybranch's development milestones and launch timeline
• Your beta access invitation when it becomes available
• Occasional founder notes about what we're building and why

We will not sell your email address. We will not send unrelated promotional material. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email we send, or by writing to hello@everybranch.co.

All content on the Site — the Everybranch name, logo, brand identity, copy, visual design, and the Bram mascot — is the intellectual property of Everybranch Inc. and is protected under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or licence to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branded materials without prior written consent.

The Site and waitlist are provided as is. We make no representations about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are building something we believe in deeply — but we are pre-beta, and things will evolve before they reach you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everybranch Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the waitlist.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $0 — reflecting that no payment has been made and no product delivered during the waitlist phase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. By using our Site, wherever you are based, you agree that Delaware law governs this relationship.

As Everybranch grows from waitlist to beta to full product, these Terms will grow too. We will notify you of material changes via the email you used to join. Continued use of the Site after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always maintain a clear version history.
